Before Your Appointment

  • Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and complete any intake forms.

  • Deposits: If required (extensions, bridal, or specialty services), your deposit holds the booking and is applied to your final bill. Deposits are non‑refundable within 48 hours of the appointment.

  • Timing: Expect longer appointment times for color, extensions, corrective work, or keratin treatments — Please be prepared to allow for the full booked time.  If you are unsure, please contact us and ask.

  • Price Variability: Final cost may vary based on hair length, density, technique, and product use.

  • Photos & Inspiration: Feel free to bring photos to help your stylist understand the look you want.

  • Payments & Gratuity: We accept major cards and contactless payments; gratuity is not expected but always appreciated.

  • Cancellation Policy: Please give 48 hours’ notice to reschedule; late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit deposit.
